Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before service starts.

Review what mowing includes, what may affect a quote, and what to expect from access, weather, scheduling, taxes, and payments.

What is included in lawn mowing?

Approved lawn areas are mowed, approved obstacles are string trimmed, normal hard-surface boundaries receive routine edging, and clippings are blown from sidewalks and the driveway.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. Once safe access, gates, pets, obstacles, and property instructions are confirmed, the approved work may not require you to be present. Property-specific needs are confirmed before scheduling.

What happens when it rains?

Rain, saturated turf, severe weather, heat, or other unsafe conditions may shift service timing. Safety, turf condition, and equipment impact are considered before work proceeds.

Are grass clippings collected?

Clipping handling is confirmed in the quote. Bagging, excessive clipping removal, and disposal can change the scope and price, so collection should not be assumed unless it is approved.

Can you enter a fenced yard?

Fenced areas can be reviewed when access is safe and authorized. Gate width, locks, pets, and equipment carry distance can affect service fit and pricing.

What if the grass is overgrown?

Overgrown grass, double cutting, excessive clippings, debris, or hidden obstacles may require added work. Those conditions are reviewed before they change the approved scope or price.

How do recurring payments work?

The public website does not collect payments or store full card or bank credentials. Payment timing and any processor-hosted method must be confirmed in the approved service documents before recurring work begins.

Can I pause recurring service?

Call before the affected visit to discuss a schedule change. Any pause, restart timing, lawn-condition impact, or price change depends on route availability and the approved service terms.

Are taxes included in the published prices?

No. Published amounts are pretax starting points. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the service and property location.

Do you provide one-time mowing?

Yes. One-time mowing is an active option with published small- and medium-lawn starting prices, subject to property and route availability.

How are small and medium lawns measured?

Size is based on mowable turf, not the full parcel. Small is up to about 5,000 square feet, medium is about 5,001 to 10,000, and larger lawns or acreage receive a manual quote.

What can change the final quote?

Lawn size and condition, overgrowth, bagging, gates, slopes, obstacles, pet waste, debris, parking, equipment carry distance, disposal, materials, and requested extras can affect the quote.
