Rain and saturated turf

Rain or soft ground can delay mowing or property work when service could damage turf, create an unsafe condition, or produce a poor result.

Severe weather and heat

Lightning, storms, dangerous heat, poor air quality, or other unsafe conditions may require work to stop or move to another time.

Route recovery

Weather delays can affect more than one property. Revised timing depends on safe conditions, route sequence, scope, and current capacity rather than a guaranteed recovery day.

Help keep the visit ready

Clear access protects the property and crew.

Gates and pets

Provide authorized access and keep pets secured away from active work areas. Locked or unsafe access can prevent completion.

Objects and debris

Move toys, hoses, loose items, and other avoidable obstacles. Hidden objects, pet waste, or excess debris can change what can be completed safely.

Property changes

Report construction, irrigation work, new obstacles, access changes, or known hazards before the next visit.

Scope after a delay

Changed conditions may need a fresh review.

A delay does not automatically change the price. If extended growth, storm debris, access restrictions, disposal, or requested extras materially change the work, the revised scope and price are discussed before added work proceeds.
