Trust center

Trust should be inspectable.

This page states what the public launch can do, what remains gated, and how property information, pricing, media, and reviews are handled.

01

Public-only website

No private application interface is exposed. Visitor-facing routes contain public marketing and policy material; customer, crew, operations, database, route, and financial interfaces remain private.

02

Manual scope and pricing

Published amounts are starting points or minimums. Scope, productive time, materials, disposal, extras, jurisdiction, and exemption status are reviewed before confirmation.

03

Payment-data boundary

Never stored by Rotuk. Future payment tokens remain with the payment processor.

04

Media and review integrity

Private work evidence does not become public automatically, and aggregate ratings wait for a verified source.

Closed gates

Planned services stay visible without becoming promises.

Future service

Snow Removal

Future per-event and seasonal-plan service. No booking is available yet.

Coming later

Fertilizer Application

Planned service pending Minnesota Department of Agriculture licensing and operating controls.
