Fertilizer and Pesticide Application Addendum

1. Licensed service. Rotuk will perform only the licensed application listed in the Service Order, using the identified product, rate, target area, and licensed or supervised applicator permitted by law.
2. Customer disclosures. Customer will disclose wells, water, edible gardens, pollinator areas, children, pets, allergies or sensitivities, recent applications, irrigation, and other site conditions relevant to lawful label-compliant application.
3. Label and conditions. Applications are subject to product labeling, weather, temperature, wind, precipitation, reentry, buffer, and environmental restrictions. The label and law control over customer preference or schedule.
4. Notices and records. Rotuk will provide and retain application records and notices required by law. The PWA will store product, EPA registration or product identifier, lot when required, rate, area, applicator, license, weather, timestamp, customer notice, and any incident.
5. No outcome guarantee. Biological response depends on weather, soil, species, prior condition, watering, mowing, and other factors. Rotuk does not guarantee elimination of every weed, pest, disease, or deficiency; any stated treatment warranty must be specific and lawful.
