List prices excluding sales tax. A written proposal sets the final price. The base rate covers one event day, one local setup, approved anchor points and venue power. Each extra day adds 35 percent of the equipment rental. The fixtures stay Rotuk's property.

Areas, access, frequency, disposal, materials, and requested extras are set out before anything is scheduled: on the review you approve when you order online, or on the quote you accept.
