What may change the quote
Property conditions, priced.
Each of these is quoted from what you tell us, and none is added until it is part of the approved scope. Nothing is charged that was not agreed in writing first.
Tall grass, one extra pass+25%Roughly six to ten inches. One extra pass at a higher deck before the finish cut.
Overgrown, full double cut+60%Twelve inches or more takes two full cuts and runs two to three times a normal visit. A badly neglected lawn is quoted on the property instead.
Bagging and clipping removal+$15Collection, and the clippings leave with us rather than staying on site.
Narrow gate or long equipment carry+$10Five to ten minutes a visit, every visit, on a recurring route.
Scope confirmed first
Areas, access, frequency, disposal, materials, and requested extras are set out before anything is scheduled: on the review you approve when you order online, or on the quote you accept.
Weather can shift timing
Wet or unsafe conditions can move a visit. See the weather policy for what to expect.
