Published amounts are pretax starting points. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the service and property location.
Service is triggered at 2 inches forecast for the route, so the crew is on the way while it is still snowing rather than after. Below that we do not come out and you are not charged. You are billed for visits that happen, so a forecast that does not arrive costs you nothing.
Driveway size guide
Sizes are stated in car lengths because that is something anybody can count from a window. Long or rural drives are quoted on the property.
Up to roughly 600 square feet of driveway, plus a front walk.
Up to roughly 1,000 square feet, plus a front walk.
Over 1,000 square feet, or anything needing more than one pass to clear.
What may change the quote
Each of these is quoted from what you tell us, and none is added until it is part of the approved scope. Nothing is charged that was not agreed in writing first.
