How this works
One visit covers the whole association on the same day, so residents see the crew once rather than three times a week. Board meetings decide the year, so scope and price are agreed in writing before the season rather than adjusted mid-year.
One invoice for the association, itemised by area, so a treasurer can reconcile it against the budget line it came from. Not a separate bill per building.
Board turnover. The person who agreed the scope may not be the person reading the invoice in March, so the written quote states what was agreed and stays the reference.
