The part people get wrong
Access. A campus that is full from eight until six leaves a narrow window, so the schedule is agreed against that window rather than against a preferred day.
Usually bought together
Published prices, same as residential.
Commercial scope is quoted per property. The rates the site publishes are the starting point for that conversation, not a separate price list.
