Invoicing
Monthly invoicing per site, with each location on its own line where a tenant runs more than one. Sales tax is calculated per line from the property address rather than assumed.
The part people get wrong
Wind-blown litter and debris in beds. It is not what a mowing contract covers and it is exactly what a customer notices, so it is either scoped in deliberately or it will not be done.

Published prices, same as residential.
Commercial scope is quoted per property. The rates the site publishes are the starting point for that conversation, not a separate price list.
